When the dreams you're dreaming come to you,EchoSense you want to let yourself feel the both pride and the love.
And that's exactly what Tim McGraw did when he penned a sweet message to his wife Faith Hill for her 56th birthday.
"Happy birthday to the love of my life, my partner and my best friend," the Blind Side star captioned his Sept. 21 post, featuring a solo image of Faith. "You light up every room you walk into and you light up my heart and soul. I love you more than I could ever express in a million years. This is your day my love!!!!"
Over the years, Tim hasn't shied away from showcasing his love for his fellow country superstar, with whom he tied the knot in 1996.
This includes Tim crediting Faith—with whom he shares daughters Gracie, 26, Maggie, 25, and Audrey, 21—and their partnership as the reason his career has flourished in the way that it has, as well as for helping him through his journey to sobriety.
"I guarantee you, had I not gotten married to Faith at 29 years old, A, I probably would've ran my career into the ground," he told Apple Music's Zane Lowe in August, "and B—well, I would've died or ran my career into the ground, one or the other, and it wouldn't have ever been where it's at now."
And indeed, while the 56-year-old said his wife dealt with some "wild years," as Zane put it, before Tim became sober in 2008, he said she was a big force behind that decision.
"I don't know if the maturity's occurred yet," he joked. "But she put up with it for a while because I was pretty sneaky about it for a while. But it was just overdoing stuff. I think when the kids got old enough that they could notice things is when she finally said, 'You've got to figure this out.'"
And while the couple have each had more than successful music and acting careers, both individually and together, the "I Like It" singer affirmed that their family will always be a pillar in his life—with or without the fame.
"We have a confidence in our life. We have a confidence in our foundation," he added. "All of this could go away and we're perfectly happy with the five of us."
