"Outer Range" fans rejoice. Season 2 is coming earlier than expected.
Star and executive producer of the series, Josh Brolin, in a recent interview with Collider has hinted when Season 2 of the fantasy thriller will release on Prime Video.
"Outer Range" debuted on Prime Video in April 2022 and followed Brolin as Royal Abbott, "a rancher fighting for his land and family, who discovers an unfathomable mystery at the edge of Wyoming's wilderness," according to Prime.
"A thrilling fable with hints of wry humor and supernatural mystery, 'Outer Range' examines how we grapple with the unknown," says Prime about the series.

Here's everything you need to know about the upcoming season of the sci-fi thriller.
When is Season 2 of 'Outer Range' releasing?
Season 2 of "Outer Range" is expected to release in May of this year, Brolin told Collider.
Prime Video has not yet announced a release date for the series.
What will 'Outer Range' Season 2 be about?
Though Season 1 of "Outer Range" ended on a cliffhanger, Brolin told Collider that the focus of the new season won't be on that only.
“I think the character development is more, and I think you get answers for the sci-fi mystery that was created," Brolin said. "Not necessarily all the answers, but you get destinations. I’ll put it that way. You get destinations.”
The actor also told Collider that he directed one of the episodes of Season 2 and was "very happy" to do so.
As for the new season, Brolin said that "it looks incredible," and he is "very, very happy with it".
"Not that I was totally disappointed with the first season, I just felt like we were finding ourselves, and I feel like we found ourselves now," added Brolin.
